Is it right for a company to charge a 3% restocking fee on any returned order once the credit card has been charged? I made an oder from computer-show.com and 5 minutes later called and cancelled the order, and they charged me a 3% fee.
They had to pay money to Mastercard/Visa/ect to make that charge, and then possibly(don't know for certain) pay another fee to withdraw that charge. They are just recouping their fees.
