Never thought mine would drop, but its actually dropping after losing weight.

A year ago, it was 95. Then, it went down to 85. Now, its 68-72 sitting here. That's low enough right? They were originally going to put me on meds to slow it down.

you had 95 resting heart rate? that's really unhealthy as well as dangerous. 68-70 is what it's supposed to be.

Well now I'm 72... so I'm almost there.

I just took mine - 68 and I'm sick... not too shabby.

Congrats to you for getting yours to drop that much.

When mine was checked on Friday afternoon, it was 47.

It is routinely between 50 and 55.

When I was heavily training for cross country in high school & college my resting HR was around 48. Elite endurance athletes can get as low as 28'ish.

60-100 is the typical reference range.

Mine used to be ridiculously good. But I was cycling everyday for at least 20-25 miles a day and swimming so it was really good. Now though, I think it is probably normal or a little bit on the high side because of stress and not working out.

Man 95 is bad, glad you got it down.

Just took mine and its 58, not bad for an old guy. When I was younger and heavily into atheletics mine was in the low 40's
