Restaurant umbrellas....where do they buy from...

Down big avenues here , restaurants always setup outside , sidewalk dining. The table usually have branded umbrellas for beer, soda, etc. Today i saw an S. Pellegrino one an stopped to ask where they got it. My gf drinks it like -- more than water. I walked in to ask an a waiter told me hes not allowed to say. I didnt want to make a scene , so on my way out i asked another waiter, and he said they told him not to say. WTF? lol

where do they get them from? I want one!
