Doing some research for a closing-night party/dinner after our show tomorrow. Looking for moderately-priced, maybe nice casual dining, group-friendly.

Any recommendations?

BTW, still have tickets for "White Christmas" tomorrow downtown Sacramento at 2pm. ;)

Mongolian BBQ. I forget where it is, but I suggest looking it up in the phone book or something. It's awesome. Real cheap too, $10 for a meal. You get a bowl, fill it it with whatever then put sauces on it and they barbeque it up. Best in the city.

Downtown or within 10mi? I like the Old Spaghetti Factory on J St. If you're looking for a buffet, there's a China Buffet on Broadway.

Yeah, definitely gonna do a reservation. It needn't be cheap, but not looking for The Melting Pot or Firehouse or anything.

I'm a fan of the Mongolian BBQ. There are a few up in Seattle.

From the sounds of it, we'll be doing Mexican some place

Haven't been there in a couple of years, but the Rusty Duck (off I-5 near garden highway) used to be GREAT.

Sorry we weren't able to make the show, inspite of your great offer of tickets. I'm pretty disappointed in her...

Look up "Sal's"...it's in West Sacramento. GOOD mexican food. There's always the chain mexican restaurants....

I moved to Seattle from Sac like 15 years ago. Does Luis's still exist? Great mexican food man.

Mongolian BBQ is great. I unfortunately don't know a lot of the big group places for dinner. I know all the nice places to take your girl though if you need help with that.
