Restarting a program automatically?

Hi, is it possible to set up my pc so that it automatically restarts a program after a certain time period?
I only want it to do this if I have already opened the program, I dont want it just happening when I'm not expecting it.
Also, can you make it restart if it crashes?
Anyone know?

ServerDoc will restart a program if it crashes, but i dont know if it can restart after a certian period of time.
