I sent am e-mail to Amazon complaining that the truck sent to deliver my table saw didn't have a liftgate so they couldn't deliver it and it had been a week with no notice since then. Here's an exerpt from their response.

Thank you for contacting Amazon.com.

First, please allow me to apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused.

I have contacted ABF and have informed them that this item needs to
be litigated upon delivery.
