First of all here are my system specs:

Tbird 1.2
KT7A-RAID
Visiontec GF3
ATI RAGE XL
Soundblaster Live X-Gamer
3-COM 3C905B-TX
384MB Crucial cas 2
Win2k

I'm stumped on what to do with this problem so I'll let you guys have a go at it. I bought a second video card today(ATI RAGE XL) to run dual moniters on my system. I only have one problem. My computer will not boot with all my devices in the box. The computer will post and then hand off to the OS and poof it dies. It doesn't even get far enough to let you choose safe mode or anything. I can remove any one device in my expansion slots(NIC,SBLIVE,RAGE XL) and the computer boots fine. I've tried every device in every slot and even assigned irq's to specific devices in the bios and nothing works. I've disabled the onboard raid, serial, and par. port. Nothing. I've turned off PNP OS, assign video IRQ, and assign USB IRQ. Bios was flashed to the latest on abits site. I've even reinstalled windows 2000 today. Same thing happens on every reboot. I've heard of the via related problem with nics, geforces, and sblive's but never had any problems before. I don't mind buying another sound card but I want to make sure it will fix the problem.
