This is a bit of a specific question, but I figure a fair number of people on here may have gotten in on the deal so here it goes...

I spent the day letting the download run (via the supplied download manager) and at the end I was left with an ~75MB .EXE and then two .BOX files. The sum total was just over 3GB.

So I create a folder (in this case on my Desktop) and run the .EXE.

The EXE creates a subfolder and begins to unpack. It gets almost to the very end and then tells me the folder is read-only. Sure enough, I right click on folder that was created by EXE and it shows as read-only (box filled in, not check-marked). So I unselect "Read-Only" and windows tells me that it has made the change. I say ok, and try to run the EXE again...same result at the very end. I right click and the folder is again read-only.

So am I doing something wrong with the EXE file or is there some setting in Windows causing all created files to default to some sort of Read-Only status?

Thanks in advance.
