Had the system running then added a DVD/RW and a floppy drive then when I went to turn the power on the two amber lights are on and the red diagnostic light flashes once very quickly. I also noticed that when I push the power button the fan on the PSU tries to start very briefly. No light at the power switch no fans. I unplugged the 24 pin and 4 pin connectors and replugged them and did the same with the front panel plugs. Cleared the comos four 20 minutes. Will try to clear cmos longer but if that were it wouldn't the fans at least come on?
