Hey guys. I guess I got off on the wrong foot with some of you. I seem to have that knack. I'm honestly here for fun, and to learn something when I ask a question. I'm not a hardware engineer (software) so when I discuss clocking my RAM, it is as much to do with ignorance as with benchmarking. Forgive me if it appears I was trying to impress anyone, not so.

In sincerity, it is not my intention to get under anyone's skin. Just wasn't prepared for some of the remarks, but reading back my responses were just as bad. My apologies. I can say the guys here are a notch above some of the other forums I've been on, such as hard, etc. I managed to stir up stuff with a simple sata cable post there. 🙁

Wow, rough crowd. Welcome to the forums none the less.....lol. I find brainy people to be uh.....opinionated.

It's kinda a prerequisite for just about anyone belonging to the demographic that finds itself posting in an online forum...if you aren't opinionated then you'd probably resign yourself to just lurking and never posting or even registering. 😀

So true, a Kevlar skin is definitely a plus on hardware forums.

It's those who go on to debate opinions where the braininess comes into question.

You do need to have thick skin when posting on these forums. Some will pick over your posts to find something disagreeable to comment on.
