I got dual OS ,which is XP(32) and Vista(64bit)
Somehow ,my 8800gts force my Dell 2001fpw to run native resolution, which is 1680*1050 in XP , in Vista , i be able to run 1280*768 model.
i used to run ATI x800xt with all type of resolution in opion. which my fav. is 1280*800@75mhz
so i need to know is this cause by Driver ? ,or the new graphics card itself ?

the driver... I'm sure its changeable from the advanced settings of your desktop menu. Or by using rivatuner, nvidia control panel, or Ati tray tools or atitool or CCC.

You should always run native, otherwise you will have stretching and scaling problems.

If native is 1680x1050, id use that.

True, but you won't believe the number of ppl who insist on a lower res because "the text is too small" at native.

Yes, I would. There are two out of three computer users in my house who state the same.
