Resolution less than 640X480....HOW?

I have a 5inch LCD and I need to lower the resolution to less than 640X480.

How can I do this in Win95/98/2000/ME/XP??? anyone

i dont think its possible in win200/xp. However, maybe you can in win9x/me.
