Resizing pic

If you want to keep all the picture info the same, change the canvas size. This works well if you are going to make it smaller.

However, if you are going to make it bigger, than you have to pixel resize it.

I just want to make it smaller for easier/faster web viewing - its originally a jpeg.

well, you mean file size? You can reduce the pixels per inch, or up the compression in the JPEG options.

File size (KB) or screen size? File size is already optimal. Pixel size use bicubic if you have PhotoShop, not sure what if you're using ifranview.
