Resize icons in vista ult?

First install I found a way to make icons small med or large. After a reinstall I cannot find it. Where was it??????
 
On the desktop? I think you can do ctrl+mouse wheel scroll (click on an empty space on the desktop first to focus it). In windows explorer you can drag that one slider around (View?).

There it is, I am getting old, thanx. BTW the ctrl and mouse wheel works great also!
