Resize dual 500 gb HD Raid 0 partition?

I have two SATA 500 GB hard drives in Raid 0 and I'm running Windows XP. I want to resize my single 1 TB partition into an 800 GB partition and a small partition for the remaining space that I'm going to use to test out Vista. What software can I use to do the partition resize? I looked at Partition Magic 8, but it says it has a limit of 300 GB. Thanks.

Depending what you want to do with Vista, you can also just load it and run it inside a free Virtual PC or VMWare window with no need to create a separate partition.

Acronis - seconded. Very nice software. Get the bundle with True Image if you have any notion of doing backups or copies. I think the new version even lets you write directly to DVDs - the old version needed you to first format the discs with some UDF file system variant.
