Resetting TV-out on boot

I have a Gigabyte GeForce 2 MX with TV-out. I have it connected to the tv most of the time but connected it to a monitor the other day. What I'd like is to be able to change it to the default (monitor) when loading windows. Currently, I have to boot the computer using the tv, then select the output device, then shut down and reboot. It's kind of a pain and was wondering if anyone knew of any keys you could hold down to boot to a monitor. I've tried gigabytes site but havent found anything.
thanks,
mike

It's suppose to auto detect upon boot up which you have (at least the Radeon works that way). Like if you only have the TV connected, then it boots there, if you disconnect the TV and only have the monitor, it *should* just boot to the monitor.
