Resetting Nintendo Wii

Hi All,

To those that have sold their Wii's, how did you go about wiping them clean of any personal information before completing the transaction?

If I remember correctly, when I sold mine, there is an obvious option in the Wii system settings that formats everything. Once you do this format, it should come back up with the language (or whatever) select screen, like you just bought it. It's really easy to find, just poke around a bit.
