resetting keys all the time!!!--need help--

I have format my computer na d installed win me.
After I installed it my games never worked same as it used to be.
Everytime I start the game -Rouge Spear- I have to reset up my keys and mouse sensetivity and stuff like that.Why does it happen?How can I fix it?

I believe in Rogue Spear all of your key binds are located in the registry instead of a .cfg file like in other games. You probably don't have any registry keys made for rogue spear, because you formatted your operating system HD, which wiped out the old registry containing the correct registry keys for your game. You'll probably have to reinstall rogue spear to fix this, so the correct registry information will be put into your now current registry
