Resetting Folder Options

Ok, I goofed:
I was changing icons for Folders and such, and somehow, I set my folder options for file folders to something strange.
When I double click a folder, it opens it with the search function. Also, it added more options to list than I need. Only File Folders, nothing else. I can still right click and choose "Open" but this is aggrevating.

I've tried to go back into Folder Options in Control Panel, and adjust, but it won't allow me to set actions to default.
Ideas? Please?
