Resetting CMOS jumper switch on PRO2 while POWER is ON

Just like to know whether anyone has done this before (on other mobos too). What are the effects of doing this - immediate and long term sustainable damage?

That is not the thing to do! You never move a jumper on anything, or replace a component when powered on. And no, I'm not going to take the time to go into a long dissertation on it, as I don't have time, so I can hope that don't do it is enough.
