Reset to new user?

I have a little Dell Mini 9 with the latest version of Ubuntu on it (I am doing the upgrade now) but I was curious if there was some way to reset the whole Ubuntu install so the first time the new owner turns it on they get to enter the root password and their username.

I was using it to play around with Linux so I'm not overly savvy in how to do something like this for a linux/unix install vs doing something something like this for Windows.

Thanks for places to point me for advice/ and or tips!

This is for sale I take it? I'd give it the name "ubuntu" with a password of "password", and give instructions for changing it once they receive it. The only issue with that is the old name sticks around in some places, even after changing the user name. That can be fixed of course, but it might take more in depth fiddling.

I don't know if there's a way to make it ike an oem computer or not. I'd suspect there is, but I don't know it.

Edit:
Hell, that was an easy find. First result :^D
