I was wondering, since I hit "Load Optimized Defaults" on my motherboard (though it didn't appear to do anything), how can I restore the "true" defaults on my motherboard?
 
Cmon I know someone here knows how to do this, excuse me for being a noob. Do I have to clear my CMOS; remove the battery?
