I have another computer which was used by a cousin of mine. He mingles with all the programs which leads him to the User Accounts. He then put password to the Admin account.
When I opened it, I saw that there's already a password needed to log-in. But my cousin is already gone to the province and I can't contact him.
What can I do to reset the password?
Is Formatting and Fresh Install is the only option?
