Reserve/Guard Questions

I'm looking at possibly signing up for the ANG but I don't know a lot about it. If anyone here is/was in it, do you like it? HOw does pay work out? Is there anything specific I should know about it?

I'm going through the process of applying for active duty in the Army - I don't know much and I'm sure the ANG is different than Active duty, but if you have any questions about applinyg, I can help. :thumbsup:

Thanks but I already did 4 years active duty. Just looking for information on the Guard.

Things I have learned since joining the AR last year and breaking my ankle during BCT:

1) Your UA is not helpful
2) Your commander is next to useless
3) If you want anything to get done, one must talk to their command at the RRC level.
