Yeah, i am now a FIRM believer to check ResellerRatings first. (I always assumed that companies were trying to artificially inflate their rating.)

In all fairness to Amamax, they do answer email if u bug them a couple of times. BUT don't even think about getting a live person.
 
I ordered a case from Amamax and it arrived OK and on time. I recommend getting the double box option if you get a case from them.
