It had to do with monarch and the 7900 stocking problems. They contacted me and gave me kickass customer service. At first i thought this was because they had been holding my money for 2 weeks. but then at the end of the call they mentioned my reseller review... wonder how they would know it was mine? can they access my reseller e-mail address?
