They have alot of features and a low price but I've had to send a ton of support tickets for things like added domains not showing up...email issues...I've been billed for a domain transfer I never used...and a lot of other little things. They are pretty responsive by email but having to wait 6 - 12 hours for responses is very frustrating.
I hosted an .asp site with Brinkster and didn't need to use their support once.
Anyway...
I'm looking for a reliable host for .asp hosting for 10 domains. Cost is somewhat of an issue but I already know I don't want the cheapest! Statistics are important as well. One of my sites has a shopping cart with over a 1000 items so I need decent performance as well.
