I've kinda been considering getting a reseller account to make it easy and streamlined to sell hosting to people. I'm pretty experienced with maintaining and running my own boxes, but reseller hosting is damned easy and it wouldn't be hard for me to get customers. Any thoughts on who is the best one to go to?

My top 3:
http://httpme.com/
http://clook.net/
http://idologic.com

Runners up:
http://www.asmallorange.com/
http://www.telnap.com/
http://www.dathorn.com/

Enough space to sign up a few dozen people at first, then expand as needed. Enough bandwidth for them all. Speedyness. Quality prices. Reliability and good support.

Budget would probably depend on how many I had hosting at the time, the more I'd be hosting the more money I'd have for the bandwidth and space. Figure I want a good deal for my money so I can turn a decent profit.

HTTPme isn't cheap but they are VERY good. I've been a customer for about a year and a half and strongly recommend them :)

Plagiarist,
I'm not familliar with httpme.com or clook.net, but Idologic and telnap I've seen the owners posting on gottadeal. Both of them seem very solid.

Personally I just signed up with HostPC's 2 for 1 last month. They've extended it through tommorow and I've found they meet my Reseller needs perfectly. Direct Admin, Installatron and good packages.

$10 a month. . .

I've emailed support 3 times and recieved very timely and helpful responses less than an hour each time.

Good luck,
C

Host PC

my reseller domain with them is Interfaith Networking

Thanks for the feedback on httpme- they look real good to me. Any other thoughts?

Edit: My top 3 are pretty much THE top 3 as far as I know, so it'll be a little tricky picking which. I'm inclined toward HTTPme but the prices per bandwidth are kind of high. That's what you get when you pay for quality though I guess. Something that makes starting as a reseller easy and smooth is important to me too.

I used clook.net for a year and they are running a very professional operation. The only reason I switched is that I did not have a large enough client base built up to make a profit. I switched over to sonataweb.net and I have had the exact same experience with them.

Also, Hostgator and Site5 include all the necessary billing tools and such and that is very tempting.
