Research paper...what first, biblography or works cited?

Like the title says....when you assemble a research paper, what goes first? Bibliography or Works Cited?

Um...shouldn't the works cited be included in the bibliography? Like, as part of the bibliography? Forgive me if I'm wrong...I'm still in high school.

I think they are the same thing. Unless your teacher's getting screwed by a porcipine with no vaseline.

actually they are different. Technically a work cited page is a list of all the sources you used in your paper that have citations, which would have corresponding numbers to the works cited page. A bibliography is every book you pulled off the shelf while doing research, wheather you used it or not.

Depends on what your teacher is looking for. I almost never had to include a bibliography. But if i had both, i would prolly put the works cited page first.
