Hi, need to reroof the house after a recent storm (it's 18 y/o). House is 2000 square feet. I have, thus far, two quotes and I have no idea what I really need. One says install WinterGuard, RhinoRoof Synthetic underlayment, Swiftstart Starter, R&R exhaust caps, laminated shingles. The other is for GAF Camelot 2 lifetime designer shingles or GAF Timberline High Definition lifetime shingles. I have no idea what these things are. I'm an old gal, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

WinterGuard RhinoRoof Synthetic underlayment is used in place of roofing felt under the shingles. I'm not familiar with the product, so I can't offer any advice about it. Swiftstart Starter sounds like plain old starter to me, it's used under the first row of shingles at the bottom edge of the roof. R&R exhaust caps. Sounds they are replacing fan or furnace roof jacks, though I'm not sure. The only shingles mentioned that I'm familiar with is the GAF Timberline high def, it's a good product.
