Do you think lambos and carrera gts are any different?

I'm not the guy that AgaBoogaBoo is talking about, but my family has owned several rolls royce's, ferraris and lamborghinis.

Once you get up into the elite of any car.. (anyone can buy a 360 modena or gallardo, or gt2) most dealers want to make sure their cars are going into the right hands.

You're in no position to hate ferraris, you'll never be able to afford one with that attitude.

My cousin bought the first Enzo available in the states. He doesn't speak Italian (at least that I know of), but he has owned SEVERAL Ferrari's in the past.

Anyways, unless you buy it from a current owner, they are all gone. Ferrari stopped making and selling them.

Theres a difference between millionaires and billionaires, I'm sure Bill Gates can just flat out buy the whole company if Bill is pissed after they deny him an oppurtunity to buy.
Money matters to Ferrari, millionaires just dont have enough to matter to Ferrari, because they are so commonplace in Ferrari's customers base.

Yep, the entire production run of cars was sold well before the first one was actually built. Apparently, the going rate for one is now in the 1 to 2 million range because of the extremely limited (499?) production.

Arrogant pricks? They're trying to limit the car to people that will actually appreciate it... people that actually care about the company's racing history.

Out of the people I've met during track days who drove supercars its the assholes with Lamborghinis.

The car is called Enzo... which is why they call it Ferrari Enzo.

Enzo Ferrari is the person. I don't get it what you're complaining about. If you really want to be anal... purists say Enzo Ferrari Enzo. Which makes no sense... they shouldve just called it F60.

why...

Modern Ferraris are synonoumous with an individual acquiring wealth quickly. You can't buy class.

How is that different from buying expensive trendy clothes. In the end you're just trash w/ matching belt and shoes

You can spot people who know how to dress from those that buy and wear trendy clothes. Class and style and bred, not bought.

ferrari does this on purpose because they want to avoid people that want to make quick buck over it.

cost of an enzo is 600k ish, you can quickly sell it again and get at least 1 million (maybe even 2 million)

ferrari is looking for true enthusiasts, not investors.

how to spot a true enthusiast? people that bought multiple ferraris from them in the past, and still keep them.

Ferrari officially has said it's name is the Enzo Ferrari. Not Ferrari Enzo. It is named after Enzo Ferrari and is the first ferrari car to have the model name before the company. But that is how it is pronounced.

u can always buy it second hand and pay the mark up

This sounds like a major scam. All the guy has ever sold before is very cheap items, mostly e-mail addresses, and he only has 97% positive feedback. That isn't enough to persuade me to beam him [Dr. Evil voice] one million dollars [/Dr. Evil voice].

Q: Are you a dealer? I can see that the car is in a dealership. If not, is this your personal car? Why are there no more pictures of the car? I looked at the things you have sold, and it doesn't seem that you are a Ferrari dealer. I am very interested, but I would like to see more pictures of the car. I would also like to know why the pictures are in a Ferrari dealer if you are not a dealer. Answered on Oct-22-04

A: Quite inquisitive. No I am not a Ferrari dealer. I am just starting out as a dealer, trying to get my foot in the door. If you keep up on me I'm sure you will see more cars I am trying to sell. You can rest assured this car is in great shape, no problems. Almost brand new condition. What pictures were you interested in seeing? The pictures in the auction pretty much tell everything about the car. I have inspected the car personally and did not notice one thing wrong or out of place on the car. If there was I would list it in the auction. I cannot be dishonest, especially since I am just starting with cars. Not a way to get a good impression on eBayers that way. If you have any more questions, please feel free to email me back. Thank you.

Yeah, no new seller, selling an ultra-exotic million-dollar car could ever be dishonest!

hah...i just ran a carfax on it for sh1ts and giggles, and sure enough it checked out as an 03 Ferrari Enzo...

If you think you have to wear trendy clothes to have class, then you have none.
