Can I run my XFX ATI 5770 GDDR5 1GB with a Gigabyte Superb 460W???
My system spec is
AMD P2 X4 945 3.0Ghz
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H
2GB OCZ DDR5 RAM
500GB HDD Cegate
 
You should be fine with a mid-range card and a 460w PSU.

More info about your PSU would be helpful to make a definite recommendation. There should be a sticker on the side with info about how many AMPs at different voltage levels.
