Required HSF for an OC'ed Athlon (1.1->1.3ghz)

I've got a Athlon 1.1ghz I've been running for about two years now (non-xp). Currently I have it running at 1.3ghz with a globalwin FOP38 HS and a Delta fan. My problem is, the delta fan is loud. REALLY loud. Like a hairdrier loud. I've lived with it this long and had intended to just replace the whole thing with a p4 system, but funds are short, so I am thinking about just swapping out HSF units.

Is there a quieter model I can get similar preformance from?

Virtually any socket A hsf will yield better performance than that, even the stock AMD one.
SVC has the Thermalright sk-6 on sale for $10, consider grabbing that and throwing something like a Panaflo L1A on it.

The reason I bought this one was because it was rated so well at the time. It may not be a FOP38, but it's the same heatsink used in the popular globalwin units, plus the delta fan.

I'll see what I can put together, anything would be quieter then this screamer :D

Right now it's running at 28°C. I don't remember any numbers from last summer when it was warmer out, but it's probably no more then 18.5°C in here now.

Well, when it comes to variable speed fans, I recommend the Thermaltake smart case fan 2. I would take the Y.S. Tech adjustable fan of lore over the Enermax, too.

Of course, either of those fans, I think, would be just excess cash out of pocket, as a slow and quiet nonadjustable fan, such as the Panaflo L1A or the Vantec/Sunon/PC Toys stealth, should be ample airflow ;)

Looked at the SK6, but SVC doesn't seem to have panflow fans, I'd like to get this all from one vender if possible. They do have some Stealth fans, so I might go with that as an option.

Otherwise, what about this one?

Pretty loud, according to this.
Maybe this fan at SVC?
I suggest the SK6+ mostly because that's a really excellent deal SVC has. You've got pretty good temps, though, so if I were you, I'd worry more about price than performance, as most HSF's available now will beat your current performance.
Additionally, Thermalright makes excellent products with unsurpassed reviews, and the SK6+ could easily be applied to a new socket A processor if you decide to upgrade.
Also consider the GC68, available (also on sale for 5 bucks) at SVC. While I am not a major advocate of the GC68, it is very inexpensive and quiet, and it comes with a fan, which is worth the price of the heatsink :)

Looks like I'm gonna get the SK6+, a 60-80mm fan adapter (I need this for the sk6+, no?), a 80mm Vantec Stealth, and a tube of artic silver. That should make a very good HSF unit for my chip and should be able to go along with any future processor upgrade.
