Unfortunately it won't, they're different sockets. Is your motherboard broken? I'm trying to understand why you want to replace the motherboard but not the CPU.

Thanks bro ,

Then can i stay with the old motherboard(Gigabyte: H55M-D2H ) and CPU (intel core i5 CPU 650 @3.20 GHz) but just change the graphics card to GTx 650Ti...will i get maximum performance for the games???

Can i upgrade it to nvidia GTx 650Ti with 8 GB Kingston HyperX RAM and 128 SSD with 1 TB internal HDisk Thermaltake 630 Watts ...Will it run on ultra performance on games....???? also i will get 24" BenQ screens 120hz..will it give me best gaming experience..??

The core i5-650, isn't even a quad-core, is it? If so, then no, you won't get the best performance in games.

You can, however, upgrade your GPU if you want to.

Correct.

OP, maybe you can update your post with the answers to the questions posed in this thread. That'll help us get a better overall picture of what you want to do and suggest some alternatives that you might not be aware of.
