require_once() errors

Everytime my dad loads a new page (IE) this error pops up, anybody know what causes it?

Warning: require_once(X) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in X

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'X' (include_path='.:') in X

My guess is some sort of third party app (most likely spyware) is causing the problem.

Scan for spyware and then get Firefox or Opera and use one of those instead of IE.
