The edited version has three seconds of "ass-to-ass" action cut out. It's not particularly explicit, but that's our ratings system for you.
More important than that is that the edited DVD does not contain most of the special features. It just has production notes. The uncut DVD contains two good (one really good) deleted scenes, two feature length commentaries, and a couple making-of etc. features.
