I'm wondering if it's possible to make a slightly off-level photo correct via tiny crops to part of the picture. The reason I ask this is because I took a picture I really like when I was in Rome last summer and want to use it as my background... problem is you can tell the camera was tilted slightly when I took it. Any idea if I can make it less tilted?

Photo

If it's not possible, it's no big deal. Thanks in advance.

Try selecting it and using free transform to rotate it just enough to level it.

wrong.

- grab ruler tool (same tool P. as eyedropper)
- use ruler tool to draw line on photo that should be be horizontal or vertical (usually horizon or some level edge)
- image> rotate canvas> arbitrary
- note that proper rotation has been filled in for you
- press enter
