Requesting a new "member status" title..

We have Lifer for people over 10,000
but they were put to jail without a trial.. so I suggest that we put "on trial" for selected people who "nef" their way past 5000.

Actually, the mods probably annoyed with all the requests lately here in FI. I fully expected to see a request for a forum for requests when I logged on this afternoon...
