Requesting a job offer in writing.

Long story short, I have landed an offer from a real estate development company.
We have outlined the compensation package verbally during the interview, and have basically came to a conclusion that we agree on the offer. I mentioned to them that I'd like to review the employment contract at the end of the interview, being that it was friday and we have made changes to the terms, they didn't have one ready for me during that time.

I am about to send them an email thanking them for the offer, how can I casually remind them that I only agreed to the big picture and would like to review the details of the employment contract such as the non-compete clauses and confidentiality agreement to make sure prior to my official acceptance of the position?

At the moment, salary was promised, vacation, paid sick days, personal days, medical insurance, retirement plan, signing bonus, stock options, and such are agreed, also at 6 months if my performance has met their benchmark, I will get a % raise as well. However I have not seen anything with regards to my legal obligation to the company part in writing.

Whats the best way to request it without sounding like as if I am planning an exit strategy already for a better paying job?

you can just simply say :

"I look forward to getting the offer details so I can get all that paperwork back to you as soon as possible."

Would emailing the person that hired me and CC'ing the HR contact be appropriate?
