Request: Regarding Hostess Cup Cakes

Bought a 24-pack of Hostess Cup Cakes for ~$5.40. They had an 8-pack for about $2.40 so it was a no brainer. But when I got home, I opened up the box and the Cup Cakes seemed smaller than I remember. So what I'm wondering is, did I get duped into thinking I would be getting more with the 24-pack? And if so, what is the net weight of the Cup Cakes that come in the 8-pack? The net weight of the ones that came in the 24-pack is 1.75 oz (50g) as listed on the individual package.

That says (barely readable) that the 8 pack is 14 oz. So 14/8 is 1.75oz.

You need to liquefy the contents of both packages and compare mass and volume.
