Request read receipt in Netscape 6.2

I have installed Netscape 6.2 on Windows several weeks ago, but I couldn't find a way to have the message request
a read receipt (or even a receive request).
This is possible on Novell mail client and also on Outlook, so I suppose Netscape have it also.
