Request: program to help rename filenames.

I have a bunch of files downloaded from the web that I need to rename - any program that will help ease the pain?

Is this program supposed to jsur guess what each file is supposed to be named, or is it going to do something like replace underscores with spaces and make the first letter or each word capitalized?

try this

edit: this program will help you batch-edit names. If you need to rename each file individually to different names, then there's no different than just going through Explorer and running F2 on each file.
