Request info on EVGA 680i lt 122-CK-NF67-A1

Hello all,
If the community would be so kind, I need some pointers.
I am making my first computer build in more than 10 years.
This is a build for my home computer. MidRange gaming rig.

So far, my components selected are
CPU E6420 2.13GHz 4mb cache
Motherboard: EVGA 680i LT 1220CK-NF67-A1
Case: CoolerMaster Centurion 5
Video: EVGA 8800GTS 320MB

Im not a hardcore gamer, so all i want is for the games to "look nice" and perform well.
I dont think ill be overclocking.

I have not selected memory yet.

Can you please give me recommendations on memory for this build?
Is the MB hard to install? Any pointers or tips from other people that have used it?
Any constructive criticism?

2. the mobo isnt any easier or harder to install than any other board?

3. Good all around board but keep in mind that the northbridge on 680i boards run hot so I would actively cool .
