I'm looking for a nice gaming system CPU/motherboard. I ran across a Fry's combo deal for $280 for the AMD 940 and Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H.

I'm interested in feedback - looking for quality, value, and considering how Windows won't let you upgrade the motherboard, a futureproof MB.

Is this a good enough deal to pick, or should I get something else/hoold out for a better sale? I am unlikely to overclock. It's going to run Windows Vista ultimate 64-bit.
