Ephedra?

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.ephedrine-ephedra.com/pages/ephedrine_side_effects.html">Ephedra is one of the most dangerous of the dietary supplements.

Over 800 injuries have been reported by users and doctors to the FDA and various state medical bodies, including more than 50 deaths.
Most of these cases involve the heart attacks or high blood pressure leading to bleeding in the brain or stroke.

You do realize in the same dosages ASTHMA patients take it.

Another f'ing retard that has no idea yet calls himself an RN

I have a 125/70 blood pressure on ephedra, my pulse is 68. I am hardly pushing my cardiovasular system to the limits. 50 deaths in the realm of fitness is not a lot....

Anyways in response to the 1lb/week rule...this is merely for the average person. If the average person is only losing 1lb/week chances are they are slowly changing their lifestyle into a permanent habit. My body will gain weight if I don't train. I can eat a minor amount of food and still gain about 20lbs and then stop.

Everyone is different and I don't advocate EC stacks for everyone, but the sensationalism that the media as given it is for the brain-dead masses to buy into. Tylenol is far more dangerous...but you don't see that drug being attacked as hard....

my 90lb in 3 month loss was never said to be healthy, I have stated I lost a lot of muscle doing that (25lbs easy the average would be about 45lbs on a weight loss like that).

The ephedra is not what's only losing the weight for me....I have a change of diet, 45mins of training a day, a higher level of activity, plus the ephedra/caffiene. Don't talk out your a$$ on things you have no idea on.

I do have a very big advantage to all this as one I know my body and have been training for a long long time, and two I have over 5 years of upper college level organic/bio chemistry as well as a ton of the biological / human body sciences. Chemistry is a big part of how your body works.

Anyways my health is perfect, way better than average. My blood pressure and pulse is very good. I have shaved more than 3" off my waist and have gained more than 1/2" on my arms.

Sorry guy, it's still illegal, and it's hurt lots of folks.

I've personally worked with quite a few people that have gone into tachy arrythmias from it's abuse. there's a reason it's been banned...

You think
50 deaths in the realm of fitness is not a lot....
?

The families of the dead people might disagree:Q

Ephedra has been banned for a while now &amp; the FDA looked long &amp; hard @ it before the ban.

Also alkemyst's responses to me are particularly insulting, he's now called me:

"Another f'ing retard that has no idea yet calls himself an RN"

It's a matter of public safety, 50 people have died.

FDA ruling
