Reputable tattoo shops in Fairfax, VA?

Anyone on ATOT have exprience with reputable tattoo ships? I'm looking to do a small one on my shoulder but this will be my first tattoo.

I dont know where to go to get a reputable one near Fairfax, VA. Price is not too much of a concern (I have a good amount of $ saved up and it'll be a relatively small tattoo), I just want a good artist that'll do it right.
