First, they attacked him on the wars. Whoops! Can't do that anymore!
Second, they attacked him on the economy. Whoops! Can't do that anymore either!
Now, they are attacking him on gas prices.

With the wars ending and the economy improving, the Repubs' argument of "Obama fails at everything" is looking weaker and weaker.

What exactly makes you think the economy is improving? What statistics are you looking at?

22 months of private sector job growth...read and weep.

jan_2012_jobs.jpg

When you say weep do you mean weep because this is bad or weep because this is "soooo good and its all due to Obama's mass drunken sailor spending binge?"

Because what I see in that chart is 22 months of job growth that factually does not even keep up with population growth. Please dont tell me you are heralding this type of job growth as good? Because for the 3 trillion in public debt responsible for this, I would expect our dollar to go a LOT further...

Again - I can't wait for the debate... bring it...

President Obama, addressing the National Governor's Association, couldn't find Jack O'Malley in the audience at today's event.

Trying to highlight a successful program in Maryland, Obama asked the crowd if "Jack O'Malley" was around.

Jack O'Malley is a former Chicago prosecutor and a lecturer at the University of Chicago, where Obama also lectured. Martin O'Malley, on the other hand, is the current governor of Maryland, the chair of the Democratic Governor's Association and occasionally mentioned as a possible 2016 presidential contender.

Martin O'Malley, whose son's name happens to be Jack, joked, "I thought my son had crashed the party."

Obama quickly corrected himself.

Just part of Obama's typical public speaking style when he's not reading off a teleprompter.

Which 'fact' are you talking about? Is the population of the US growing at ~100,000+ per month? Or are you talking about the inflated $3T number?

It's better than the tailspin Obama inherited from his predecessor, who helped build the biggest unsustainable credit bubble since 1929... Until... Pop! Self regulated Banking! Innovative Financial Products! Cutting Red Tape so You Can Buy the Home of Your Dreams! Investor Class Tax Cuts! Double the National Debt! Cheaper Foreign Goods!

You think that was sustainable? Really?

The odds are good for Obama to win, but also good for the Republicans to keep the House and take control of the Senate. We'll see in November.

I'm kind'a leaning toward a very close race for the presidency, and do agree with the rest of your comments.
