Why is it sleazy to have the recount in Florida?

It was required by law because the vote was within 0.5%. If a recount is necessary in those other states, then by all means they should do it.

WHy haven't they started already in those other states?

Let's have a recount of the entire country for all I care.

Don't we want to be sure the election is correct?

I guess you don't care as long as your candidate gets in, illegally or otherwise.

Well we don't really know that for sure yet...even though regardless of the re-count results gore is still a more popular candidate across the nation.

But regardless, the count is legally obliged to be re-counted, so I guess we'll see...

The REQUIRED-BY-LAW recount in Florida isn't done yet....so, the results of the recount are not known yet.....

and furthermore all the absentee ballots haven't been counted in Florida yet.
