And the GOP voted for impeachment and he was disbarred.
Also, I think he lied once under oath, that I am aware of.
No argument there, which is why whatabouTrump is such a lazy argument. If we evaluate anyone comparative to Trump, they would be a saint. One change I'd make is to seperate Trump from the rest. Trump is a category of grotesquerie unto himself.
Spends two paragraphs justifying misconduct by reps by whatabouting Dems
I'm making no attempt to justify any sexual misconduct by the reps, but yeah, dems are disingenuous on this. I won't take dems seriously until the Clintons are run out of town. The only reason you dems give a rat's a** is because of Trump.
The GOP has not had a monopoly over federal policy since Reagan. Globalization and free trade certainly contributed to the deterioration of the middle class, something Clinton and the GOP aligned on. The only criticism I have on Obama is that he did not push harder for Wall Street reform or holding the robber barons of the big banks accountable for their crimes. It's called trickle down economics, basically national policy from Reagan forward. States have limited ability to deal with it. If you think those problems are ugly in CA & NY you need to check out Red America. Job Creator activity has really worked 'em over, but, well, Dems are just as bad, so vote from the feelz. Cuz God, guns, gays, trans, abortion, illegals & all the rest are what matters, not the financial elite robbing us blind.
Corruption occurs at a multiplicity of levels, particularly in the thinking of GOP voters.

And the overly righteous, pro woman dems wanted the whole thing to go away. Clinton was accused by several women of inappropriate advances, touching, and even rape. Hillary led the charge to stomp these women down. James Carville dismissed one of the women (maybe more) as trailer park trash. Some dems repeated the mantra - 'It was years ago. It's in the past. Can't we move on. The politics of personal destruction. Vast right-wing conspiracy.' Dems plainly and simply didn't care back in the 90s. Sen Daniel Inouye was accused by a hairdresser of slipping his hand up her dress and touching her crotch; that's pussy for all you newcomers to caring about sexual misconduct. She was basically told to go away once he denied it.
As for impeachment, I'll give you props for actually knowing that Clinton was impeached for perjury. I've had to correct people on this board at least 2 times, using CNN.com as reference, who were still under the impression that he was impeached for getting head in the oval office.

Like I said, not a monopolyGeorge W Bush and the 108th and 109th Congresses would like a word with you.
Like I said, not a monopoly
Other than briefly in 2009 the GOP has been in a leading or blocking position since 1994.The GOP has not had a monopoly over federal policy since Reagan. It is a joke, but its also lazy to dismiss them as stupid. It would help to understand why people choose to pull that lever out of anger. I expect the GOP to learn that lesson shortly.Yet 10's of millions of America's pull that lever anyways, including a huge amount of Christian's. What a joke.

Would amoral hypocrite be more accurate? As soon as a Democrat gets into the White House all of a sudden morality and behavior will be an issue with these people. It is a joke, but its also lazy to dismiss them as stupid.
