Ok Bush is gone. The democrat's have been in power for 6+ years now between the congress and whitehouse.

Whats their plan for fixing the debt? That's right theres none. Outside of the same old 'tax the rich'. Which we already did and that barely made a dent.

Heres a truth. Government must be cut to balance the budget. What democrat is ready to do that?

that's right their isn't. They can't even cut something as small as big bird, how are they going to cut something as big as medicare/ss?

Same can be said for you and your Republican cabal.

Your side is what got us into this mess to begin with.

Off shoring jobs and cutting taxes for you and your rich buds.

Look how it has worked out for the country.

and what is with your obsession with cutting our Childrens pre-K development program?

Let's see two false wars costing trillions Vs Big Bird.....hmmmmm

I know myself and every Democrat would choose Big Bird.

Go pound sand you America haters.

It is important to understand that Republicans are angry because they are deluded. They believe that what they believe is truth and that in order for humanity to survive that truth is essential as the source of all that is good. Realize that to a conservative brain rage and violence are justified by what is at stake, the very survival of moral man.

They do not and can't see that their core beliefs are an illusion, that the feeling they have that there is an ultimate goodness that must be preserved is factual, but that it isn't the truth they believe in that is truth, but the fact that truth exists, that there is something that is ultimately good. If thinking people are going to help conservatives get back to reality, we have to understand that their truth exists, but just not in the form they put it. Thus, we must not threaten them with the falsehood that there is no truth, as relativists are want to do, but that the absolute exists, can't be destroyed, and does not depend on their misunderstanding of it to exist. It is not, say that God does not exist, but that He isn't a bearded man riding on a cloud, that He exists and IS as long as MAN is, that the knowledge of the ultimate truth is known only by those who know it, only those who love.

Rage, violence, and anger are not love. Love is surrender, the complete acceptance of the impotency of rage. One can only take ones rage up on the cross and let it die there unavenged, conquering all existence and negativity by forgiveness. This is what it means to be a real man. To love in the face of immense and endless pain. One must die to all ones passions to be reborn.

I find that we are living in fascinatingly historic times in which it is easier to negotiate agreements with the palestinians than the republicans.

Fascinating.

People forget how hard it was to cut $66 Billion from a $3.8 Trillion Budget.

The collapse of the housing market is what got us into this mess and that is largely the fault of the repeal of Glass-Steagall. The America haters are the ones who want other classes of people kicked out of the country. I wonder who that could be?????

Most republicans is on a common note to being the more wealthy part of united states, they are intitled to a choice in not sharing there money,=part of being in the united states freedom of choice, most worked hard for it too....but not agreeing with helping out the lower class makes them look like a bunch of greedy old pricks.

An they dont agree with Chuck norris...lol

Why do you think the wealthy are republicans? I've never seen anything that lends credence to the claim.

Chuck norris said "He wants to pay more higher taxes" to help out the milldle an poor class...seen on the news a few weeks ago.

Common agreements tend to agree that when the middle class is doing good lower "and" higher class profit from it.

trickle up economics. its a lost art in our economy...
